Combatant Command Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (CCMD) standardizes a method for assigned personnel to account, assess, manage, and monitor the recovery and reconstitution process for personnel and their families affected and/or scattered by a localized or wide-spread catastrophic event not meeting the threshold of Service PAAS activation. CCMD provides valuable information to all levels of command, allowing leadership to make strategic decisions facilitating a return to stability.
