Combatant Command Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (CCMD) standardizes a method for assigned personnel to account, assess, manage, and monitor the recovery and reconstitution process for personnel and their families affected and/or scattered by a localized or wide-spread catastrophic event not meeting the threshold of Service PAAS activation. CCMD provides valuable information to all levels of command, allowing leadership to make strategic decisions facilitating a return to stability.
CCMD allows U.S. Combatant Commands Personnel to do the following:

|Purpose:||To accomplish daily personnel accountability for all USSTRATCOM personnel IAW SPM 3010-17, dated 30 October 2017.|
|Routine Uses:||In addition to those disclosures generally permitted under 5 U.S.C. 552a (b) of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, these records contained therein may specifically be disclosed outside the DoD as a routine use pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a (b)(3) as follows: The DoD Blanket Routine Uses set forth at the beginning of the Department of Navy's compilation of system of records notices may apply to this system.|
|Privacy Act Information is not shared from this system to any other system or user. SSN and DOB information entered into CCMD is encrypted and compared with SSN and DOB information residing in Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), an Authoritative Data Source for the Department of Defense. SSN and DOB are not displayed in CCMD in any form and are not used for any other purpose than U.S. Combatant Commands-approved personnel accountability.|
